a saturday to remember

What a weekend! Friday, I finished my liver flush. Luckily, I didn't get sick but boy was it tough getting down the epsons salt water and olive oil. Saturday was a great day... it started with a wonderful "Breakfast With Santa" at Julia's preschool, then we walked up to Park Avenue and watched the Winter Park Christmas Parade. I have to say we are really blessed to live in such a neat little town. The girls loved every minute of it.

Chris' brother, Andy and his wife Shannon with us at the parade. (Shannon is one of my best friends, actually more like a sister. She has taken care of me and my girls during some of the roughest times)

Also, I have to say..... WAR EAGLE!!!! I could not be more proud of my Auburn Tigers. Can't wait for January 10th. To quote the last line of our Auburn Creed "I believe in Auburn and love it". (George Petrie)

feels like spring

It has been in the 70's here in Florida the last couple of days, feels like Spring.

We went to the Farmer's Market on Saturday... what a gorgeous weekend we had.

Last Saturday a very talented and kind friend, Meredith Wilcke, took pictures of our family at Kraft Azalea Garden on Lake Maitland. This is a place that is very special to me. It is where Chris proposed almost ten years ago. The park is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by cypress trees that are hundreds of years old and nesting snowy egrets. So thank you Meredith. Thank you for giving me the gift of another wonderful memory at Kraft Azalea Garden. The pictures are just perfect!
