I made Ina’s Capellini with Tomatoes & Basil and oh my goodness…. it was delicious! I used mostly fresh organic ingredients and even better is was so easy. You must try it!

I'm in love.... with life:beautiful magazine, faith for your journey. Just discovered it in our local library and cannot put it down. It's a new publication that comes four times a year. It is full of wonderful articles, scripture, recipes and so much more. It is a lot like a Christian based Martha Stewart magazine. Check it out!

Presto Poplite Hot Air Popper (walmart $19.99). I'll admit, it's definitely not like eating movie popcorn, but it is much healthier for you. The kids gobbled it up today, so you know it can't be that bad.

From coffee to green tea... my favorite is Yogi Pomegranate Green Tea. The Bedtime Tea is good too. (www.yogiproducts.com)

From sweets to extra dark chocolate (82% cocoa)... it contains very little sugar and a rich antioxidant. I've read that sugar is like fuel for cancer, so I have tried to reduce my sugar in-take... by a lot! No easy to do. (www.scharffenberger.com or Whole Foods)
