remission!!!

Jamie got the GOOD news this morning that her cancer is in remission... she wrote to me "We are praising GOD for this journey and the outcome..." Please join Jamie and her family in Praising God and lift up a prayer of thanksgiving for this beautiful blessing.

PLEASE PRAY for my dear friend Jamie Cagle. She and I have never met but we have spoken many times over the last few months. While we may have different cancers and certainly traveled down different paths, I feel a very close connection to her. We're the same age, we both have two young girls and we've endured many of the same thoughts, feelings and experiences during our trials this year.

Jamie was diagnosed with small cell neuroendocrine this past April. After finishing chemo and radiation this summer, she is scheduled for her follow-up scan on Monday the 11th. This darling mother needs your prayers - please lift her up this week as she awaits her results.

a typical day

This is a typical day in our household...Julia's like a tornado. She walks in the playroom and within 30 seconds it's a disaster. She often calls out for assistance because she has climbed into the cart that holds all the dolls and stuffed animals...looking for one little animal at the bottom... Courtney, Cupcake or maybe it was Marshmellow this time.

Doing really well... feeling great! Just took a little break from blogging for awhile. Be back with more later, but for now a few pictures of the girls.

Anna Grace and her cousin, Delaney, at their first pep rally. Delaney and AG are four weeks apart to the day, needless to say they are very close. My other niece, Abigail (Delaney's younger sister), is pictured with Julia - they are only seven weeks apart. These four little ladies love each other very much... and spend a lot of time together.
